We explain what to expect before beginning every repair.
Windshield Repair Disclaimer
Windshield repair is intended to restore structural integrity and help prevent existing damage from spreading. Repairs may remain visible. Results vary depending on the damage’s size, age, location, contamination, previous treatment, and overall windshield condition.
Although uncommon, existing damage may spread during or after the repair process. Windshield replacement is not included. If inspection shows that the damage is not suitable for repair, we may decline the service and recommend replacement.
30-Day Limited Repair Warranty
If the repaired damage spreads directly from the original repair area within 30 days of service, contact us promptly so we can inspect it. If the claim qualifies, our remedy will be either one re-repair attempt or a refund of the original repair charge, at our discretion.
The warranty does not cover a replacement windshield, new impact damage, unrelated cracks, vandalism, collision, vehicle body or frame stress, extreme temperature changes, improper care, or damage outside the original repaired area. The original paid invoice is required.
Please note: Repair improves the damaged area’s strength and appearance, but the mark may remain visible. A photo helps us provide the best preliminary estimate. Final eligibility and price are confirmed before work begins.
